Export notification confirming the Hyperfiler® v. 2.0 and v. 2.1 contain encryption technology and has been registered with the US Bureau of Industry and Security.
Hyperfiler® v. 2.0 contains encryption technology and has been classified by the US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) under ECCN 5D002, subparagraph C1. In accordance with the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Peaxy Inc. (“Peaxy”) submitted an encryption registration that has been accepted by BIS and assigned encryption registration number R107614. Consequently, Peaxy is authorized to export Hyperfiler v. 2.0 to non-government end users located or headquartered in countries listed in Supplement No. 3 to part 740 of the EAR. As of August 18, 2014, that list included 35 countries with which the US maintained favorable export policies. License exception ENC does not authorize export or re-export to, or provision an any service in, any country listed in Country Group E:1 in Supplement No. 1 to part 740 of the EAR.
